Hazel McLellan – Social Media Marketing Consultant

Hazel has worked in marketing for the last 20 years in various brand and product marketing roles. She has experience across a number of different industry sectors including Health, Food, Diy, Retail and Manufacturing sectors.

In recent years she has worked with small business owners, SMEs as well as larger organisations helping them with both their marketing and social media.

Social media marketing has changed the way businesses communicate with their customers into a two way conversation. Hazel fully understands the day to day ongoing marketing input needed to support an integrated marketing activity, as well as the level of planning and development required to create a marketing strategy.

In addition to being a trained coach she runs social media marketing training workshops, and One 2 One training sessions specialising in Twitter and Facebook marketing.

Lyn French – Social Media Marketing Consultant

Lyn is a social media marketing consultant and trainer. She has a project management background and has worked in both the public and private sectors across industries including Services, Retail, Training and Legal.

She has successfully made the transition from a public sector career to running her own business in the private sector. This experience has given her insight into the challenges and the different skills that it is necessary to develop to be able to confidently embark on the self-employment route.

Lyn works with individuals and companies who would like to understand how social media marketing can benefit their business. One of her strengths is recognising the importance of having a strategy in place if you want to get the most out of your social media marketing efforts. She works with businesses to help raise their social media awareness and to create their social media marketing strategies and plans.

Lyn draws on her previous experience as a project manager and career coach when it comes to rolling out social media marketing within a business and to engage the whole business in being social.

Lyn also specialises in one to one LinkedIn training to help individuals make the most of their profile and benefit from everything LinkedIn has to offer.
